The Opportunity Cost of Moving Slowly

Recently someone in one of my mastermind groups mentioned that he had been working on his new website for the past 18 months. The website in question is beautiful and well built, but not terribly complex as marketing websites go.

Since I started my business, I have revamped my own website 3 different times, the last one in July of 2017. I detailed how I quickly revamped the site in 2016 to focus on my new business goals in just 2 days before going on vacation.

In today's video, I talk about the value of embracing the imperfect website philosophy, publishing quickly, and continually testing and improving to grow your business faster.
