If you’ve been a follower of our work for a while and are thinking about upgrading your marketing automation in 2022, this post is for you.

For the past 3 years, we’ve been focused on Content Boot Camp as our core flagship offer. We really enjoy helping mission-driven service-based business owners crack the code on unlocking content as a marketing and sales asset in their business and we look forward to continuing that work.

In 2022 we’re coming out of the closet about our agency and done-for-you side of the business which is something I haven’t talked much about publicly for the last three years.

If you’re a multi-six-figure business owner who is ready to scale your business with a great marketing and sales automation system, keep reading.

Why I Stopped Building Websites

At the end of 2018, I threw up my hands in disgust and decided that I couldn’t deal with building one more website for unappreciative (or worse, actively hostile) clients who didn’t understand how to hire technology as part of their marketing system.

I walked away entirely and started Content Boot Camp.

Inside CBC, clients learned how to market themselves online, how to create effective content that generated sales conversations and how to turn attention into new clients.

Then they realized their technology did not support the cool things they wanted to do to automate their marketing.

I hated to see them suffer and I knew that if I sent them out into the wide world to try to piece together a team to build their tech system, there was a high likelihood they would end up wasting money and not getting the result they wanted.

Creating InSourced

I spent weeks looking back through projects and client communication. I surveyed my current round of Content Boot Camp clients about their marketing technology pains. I wrote out the first version of InSourced in a Google doc (where it still lives today).

The offer included a solution to every common pain point and used every bit of expertise I had acquired in 7 years of delivering technology solutions large and small to clients.

The tech stack was founded on tools I and my team have used for years to create real results for businesses including but not limited to:

Until now, InSourced has been a ‘secret menu’ available to Content Boot Camp graduates, or people already inside my network.

But now I’m coming out of the closet and opening up the opportunity to get our help transforming your business with strategic systems.

Here are 5 reasons why you should raise your hand now if you want our help building your marketing systems in 2022

1. The Marketing Intensive

One of the biggest mistakes I see business owners make as they level up is going straight to hiring when it comes time to upgrade their branding and marketing systems. The danger of this is hiring poorly or getting a bunch of great pieces (design, web platform, copywriting) that don't quite fit together into a system.

The first step of working us is the Marketing Intensive. We dump all the metaphorical clothes out of your business closet and survey the 6 Significant Systems:

  • Traffic
  • Capture
  • Offer
  • Close
  • Deliver
  • Follow Up

More importantly, we visually map those systems so that you, the business owner can actually see what is happening (or not) in your marketing.

This is often the first time a business owner ever sees their marketing without having to login to a software platform. And it’s often where we find those gaping holes in your funnel that are leaking money. And the best part is, they’re usually quite simple to fix!

2. Your Holistic Strategic Marketing Plan

When we’re done with your intensive, you’ll know a few things:

  1. What’s happening with your marketing. How are leads coming in? What data is being collected and when? How is it stored? What follow up is in place?
  2. Your biggest opportunities for growth. We always find several quick wins that you can implement right away to start closing more leads.
  3. Your customized plan for building or upgrading your marketing system.
  4. The technology needed to build your system and how it will be integrated to allow data to flow smoothly through the system.

3. Hiring Peace of Mind

I have seen clients who have wasted $20,000 or more to freelancers and implementers who either built the wrong thing, built the right thing poorly or just ghosted and left the business owner stranded with half-done projects.

Once your Marketing Intensive is complete, you have the option of hiring us to build the system. Our team includes Certified Automation Service Providers* who have gone through rigorous training to learn tried and true methods for building marketing automation systems from one of the best marketing minds on the planet, Chris Davis of Automation Bridge.

That means we’re meticulous not just about building, but also documenting every step of the way and training your internal team to manage the system.

If you prefer to hire your own team, we have a deep bench of trusted referrals you can access.

4. Access Our Marketing Automation Brain Trust

If you want to hire a team, but also want to know things are being built properly, you can hire us to provide strategy, marketing maps, and review automation builds on a monthly basis.

When it comes to marketing strategy, mapping, and implementation, we have a very deep bench with 3 team members who have completed or are in the process of becoming Certified Automation Service Providers trained by non other than Chris Davis from Automation Bridge.

Our consulting services are great option for transitioning to having your team manage your system and making sure high standards are maintained.

5. A Human(e) Pace of Business

We’re going on year three of this pandemic. Can you feel the overall pandemic fatigue? The strain of trying to do ‘business as usual’ when things are not normal and probably never will be again?

As we continue to work to offer the best service possible to our clients, we are also adjusting to the rhythms of our new reality. That means deeper relationships with fewer clients and creating a sustainable pace for our work.

To be plain - if you show up in June, wanting a whole system in a month or two, you’re going to be sadly disappointed. We’re building schedules that make sure our team has the personal time, rest, and vacations they need to perform at our best.

When clients commit in advance it allows us to effectively plan our workload while meeting your deadlines.

I am a forever fan

I just want to give a shout out to Kronda Adair for making my automation and tech dreams come true. I’m nearing the end of my first online launch and it’s been amazing. I’m exceeding my goals and I’m not exhausted! And, it’s largely because of Kronda.

When I first signed up with Kronda a year ago I knew I needed to upgrade my tech and build an online platform I could leverage. I had a Dixie cup and needed a reservoir so that when I started marketing and turning up the flow I had something to catch all the goodness.

And now that’s what’s happening. It’s exciting that I’m getting sales and doing the work I love to do. It’s even more exciting knowing that this is completely scalable and that if I went viral tomorrow my biz would bend but it wouldn’t break. I’m so glad I did this work at the beginning instead of investing in tools that I would outgrow when things really started to get going in my business. I see this happening to other businesses all the time.

If you’re just getting into scaling up your marketing, are running into the limitations of your all-in-one, are still manually entering client info, or having trouble onboarding and are serious about your business, just do yourself a favor and book a session with this woman. She blew my mind just in the complimentary strategy session she offers.
