Why I Only Recommend Active Campaign for Email Marketing Automation

I love me some Active Campaign. In the course of my career helping clients with online marketing, I've had occasion to use Mailchimp, Convertkit, Infusionsoft, Get Response & Drip, just to name a few. So when I say Active Campaign is the one I unequivocally, whole-heartedly recommend above all of them, it's because I've played the field and figure out what works best. Of the services in the list above, the only thing I actively advise against would be Infusionsoft. Don't waste your money, especially if you're just starting out.

Any new tool is going to require some ramp-up time, but Active Campaign has the nicest workflow of any of the tools I've used and topnotch training and documentation resources.

Whenever I have an issue or a question, I can contact them through chat support, email or phone and get a prompt reply. This is essential, especially if you're less skilled on the tech side and need help getting the hang of the system.

4. Active Campaign Makes Integrations Easy

The folks at Active Campaign believe in the ‘best in class philosophy,' which means they focus on being excellent at email marketing automation and make it easy to integrate with other tools that are the best at what they do. Companies that try to do everything well, usually end up not doing anything well. The real power comes when you can connect your subscriber's actions on your website to your Active Campaign account to put just the right content in front of the right person at the right time.

5. Active Campaign Are Constantly Making Their Service Better

I recently went on an epic quest to find different project management software for my business. In some of the support forums, I found threads that were over a year old of users begging for new features that never got implemented. The folks at Active Campaign are constantly listening to users and new updates come out every month. Want to add a subscriber to a Facebook custom audience based on a page they visit on your website? You can do it. They recently completely overhauled the user interface to make the most common functions easier to reach.
