Hiring and Retaining Your Dream Team with Kimone Napier

I always recommend everyone hire before they're experiencing some surge of growth, if they can. This is a problem that I see with a lot of folks. They wait until they're super overwhelmed and can't do it anymore. That's where they make mistakes. They're not looking at things from an analytical standpoint. Is this actually the person that's going to help me get what I'm trying to get out of this? Whether it's a return on investment in terms of money, or time. If they're overwhelmed 9 times out of 10, they actually really do make the wrong hires.
It's always better to hire from a sense of strategic thinking.
