I could cry (happy tears). When Kronda suggested I put my testimonials in AirTable, I thought, "Okay, good. But something I don't have time for right now."
By accident, I found out that Typeform integrates with AirTable...so I can pull all my testimonials in automagically and start sorting them by topic, objection, etc. It even pulls in the picture people submit for their testimonials.
Now, the existing testimonials will have to be entered in by hand but going forward...WOW!

Airtable - not so scary anymore!
I learned about the magic of Airtable on our last Automation Club call, which led to a huge win today. It had often bothered me that I couldn’t look up client info on the go because I receive my intake form results as Google forms, and those are a pain to look up from the phone. But I just accepted it as a given. Then, Kronda taught me that Airtable can actually be my phone app for looking up client info on my phone (plus a bunch of other cool stuff).
So: I create an intake form for new clients on Airtable. I downloaded the Airtable app on my phone
Someone filled the form out for their intake consultation today.
I realized en route that I didn’t have their address. So I used Airtable to look it up on the go. I was also able to read through the form again and remind myself of everyone’s names and pronouns. I felt like such a boss.
